  • Issue contract for stage 2
  • Issue certifiers application for notice to neighbours
  • Finalise design
  • Lock in colour selection

STEP 5

CDC PACKAGE / STAGE 2

  • Lodgement/Documentation
  • Contract signing
  • Authorities approval
  • Sydney Water Tap in
  • Basix Certificate
  • Stormwater engineering
  • Structural engineering

STEP 6

APPROVAL

  • HOWI
  • NTC to Council
  • Peg-out on site
  • Site fencing
  • Introduction to site manager
  • Deposit of 10%

STEP 7

CONSTRUCTION

  • Commencement of structure
  • Average of 16 weeks to Practical Completion

STEP 8

HANDOVER

  • Inspections
  • Contractor Certificates
  • Occupation Certificate
